Performance-based contracts

Our performance-based contracts create shared accountability around the commercial outcomes agreed at the beginning of an engagement.

We’ll agree a base fee and define clear upper and lower KPI expectations.

Performance adjustments are agreed according to the nature of the engagement and documented clearly before work begins.

Lower KPI−10%

If we fall below the lower KPI, our fee reduces by 10%.

Target KPIBase fee

If performance meets the agreed target range, the base fee applies.

Upper KPI+10%

If we exceed the upper KPI, our fee increases by 10%.
